Ashley Plantation Homeowners Association Mission Statement

The mission of the Ashley Plantation Homeowners is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood by facilitating security, safety, and social interaction and to increase the property values of individual homes through community improvements and maintenance, while supporting our board of directors through volunteering ideas to accomplish these goals.

Your Homeowners Association

Your Homeowners Association (HOA) is comprised of volunteers that help maintain our beautiful neighborhood. The HOA is also responsible for creating adult and children’s social events that give you an opportunity to meet and get acquainted with your neighbors. The annual HOA dues provide street lighting, common area maintenance, welcome baskets, neighborhood garage sale advertising, mailings, newsletters, subsidizes social events, etc. in addition to projects that enhance the value of our neighborhood. The HOA also funds projects for the neighborhood, such as installing streetlights, the flag at the Clubhouse, etc. The Board welcomes your suggestions for new projects for the neighborhood.
